Agreement

By accessing onlybikes.shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

What we sell

OnlyBikes sells aftermarket parts, kits, and accessories for electric motorcycles and similar e-moto platforms. Product descriptions, dimensions, fitment notes, and photos are informational only — not guarantees. You alone are responsible for confirming fitment, compatibility, and safe installation before and after purchase.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or checking out. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping province.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your order is not complete until payment is authorized.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within Canada. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier scans the package as picked up, except where provincial consumer law provides otherwise.

All sales final — no returns or refunds

All purchases are final. OnlyBikes does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for any reason, including misfit, wrong selection, damage in shipping, delay, or dissatisfaction. Our No-Return Policy is part of these terms. By checking out you acknowledge you have read it and accept it in full.

Fitment and installation

Many parts require mechanical skill to install safely. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• You will verify model, year, dimensions, and physical compatibility before installing.
• If it does not fit, you still may not return it — that risk is yours.
• Improper installation can cause injury, property damage, or equipment failure.
• OnlyBikes is not a licensed repair shop and does not perform installations.
• If you are not qualified to install a part, use a qualified technician at your own cost.

Disclaimer of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyBikes, its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our site or products — including personal injury, death, property damage, bike damage, fire, electrical failure, loss of use, loss of profits, or any other harm.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order or product is limited to the amount you paid for that specific item, and only if a court of competent jurisdiction requires payment despite these terms.

Products may be aftermarket, universal-fit, or sourced from third parties. We make no warranty that any item is merchantable, fit for a particular purpose, or free from defect.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our No-Return Policy (all sales final).

Rewards and subscriptions

OnlyBikes Rewards points and Subscribe & Save offers have separate program rules shown at checkout. Points have no cash value outside the store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account or by contacting support.

Limitation of liability

These terms supplement the disclaimer above. You use this site and our products at your sole risk.

Intellectual property

Site content, logos, and product photography are owned by OnlyBikes or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or republish catalog content for commercial use without written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which OnlyBikes operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that province, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your province require otherwise.
