Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing onlybikes.shop (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order. These Terms are between you and OnlyBikes (“OnlyBikes,” “we,” “us”), operating the Site at onlybikes.shop.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your province that cannot be waived by contract. Where a provision is limited by that law, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted.

2. Entertainment AI Features — Bike Roast / Bike Live PvP

OnlyBikes offers free entertainment features (“Bike Roast” and “Bike Live PvP”) that use computer vision and language models to guess make, model, mods, and condition from a bike photo or camera frame, then generate a roast score.

These features are entertainment only. They are not fitment advice, appraisal, certification, safety inspection, or a professional opinion about your bike, and must not be relied on as such. You use them entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyBikes is not liable for any decision, purchase, modification, or injury arising from reliance on AI guesses, scores, or roast text.

2.1 Optional feedback

After a result, you may optionally like or dislike the AI’s read. Voting is entirely voluntary — you can use Roast/PvP without voting. If you vote and check the on-page consent box, you agree we may store:

• the bike photo or frame associated with that roast/match;
• what the AI guessed (make, model, mods, condition, and related summary fields);
• your like or dislike;
• a hashed IP address and timestamps (for abuse prevention and record-keeping).

We use this data solely to improve OnlyBikes’ entertainment AI (vision and roast quality). We do not use feedback votes as product certification or as a substitute for you independently verifying fitment before purchasing parts.

2.2 Retention and deletion

We retain feedback records for up to 24 months, or until deleted earlier, or until you request deletion of a record we can reasonably locate. To request deletion, email support@onlybikes.shop with the approximate date/time and enough detail to find the entry. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

3. Face Live PvP and Solo Face Roast

Face Live PvP is a timed entertainment “mog battle” feature. Solo Face Roast is a separate entertainment looks-score feature. Neither is a dating app, messaging app, or social network for meeting people. Matches and scores are short competitive / entertainment outcomes only.

3.1 Age requirement — mandatory, not optional

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Face Live PvP or Solo Face Roast. By using these features, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. This is a binding condition of use. Using these features while under 18 is a material breach of these Terms, and OnlyBikes reserves the right to immediately terminate access and delete associated data on discovering a violation.

3.2 Apparent-age filter — honest limitations

A technical filter attempts to block faces that appear to be 13 or under. This filter is imperfect and provides no assurance of a user’s actual age. Young-looking adults may be blocked incorrectly, and some underage users may not be caught by the filter. Passing the filter does not change the rule in Section 3.1: these features remain restricted to users 18 and older, and the filter is not represented as, and must not be relied on as, an age-verification or child-safety guarantee.

3.3 Scoring and data

Solo Face Roast: Looks scoring runs entirely on your device using face landmarks (MediaPipe). Under normal operation we do not upload your face photo, camera frames, or landmark coordinates to OnlyBikes servers for Solo Face Roast. The score and metric bars are computed and shown in your browser. The page may still use ordinary site session, credits, or ad systems that do not receive your face image.

Face Live PvP: Looks scoring likewise uses on-device face landmarks. To run the duel we transmit match scores, outcomes, and related match metadata (such as match IDs, friend codes, and timestamps) to our servers. Live video between duelists is exchanged peer-to-peer when WebRTC connects; we do not retain full Face Live PvP video by default. We make no claim of medical, dermatological, or beauty certification from any score or outcome. Scores are entertainment only; you assume all risk of emotional distress, reputational harm, or other consequences from participating.

3.4 Watch parties, audience votes, and friend codes

Spectators may join a Face Live PvP watch party (including via friend codes) and cast audience votes affecting or accompanying a match. We may retain vote tallies, friend codes, and match metadata as described in our Privacy Policy. This subsection does not apply to Solo Face Roast, which has no watch party or opponent.

3.5 No “looks” feedback collection

Unlike the optional Bike Roast feedback in Section 2, we do not collect like/dislike “did we look good” feedback on faces in Face Live PvP or Solo Face Roast.

3.6 Conduct and enforcement

Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, and other NSFW or abusive behavior are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension pending review, and permanent bans where confirmed. You may quit a Face Live PvP match at any time. To report misconduct or a suspected underage user, contact support@onlybikes.shop immediately — we will prioritize and act on these reports.

3.7 No warranty of identity or age

OnlyBikes does not verify the real-world identity or age of any user beyond the filter described in Section 3.2 and your representation under Section 3.1. Users interact with these features at their own risk and are responsible for their own conduct and disclosures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyBikes is not liable for the conduct, statements, appearance, or identity of other users.

4. What We Sell

OnlyBikes sells aftermarket parts, kits, and accessories for electric motorcycles and similar e-moto platforms. Product descriptions, dimensions, fitment notes, and photos are informational only, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for confirming fitment, compatibility, and safe installation before and after purchase. See our Fitment Guide before you buy.

5. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or checking out, and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@onlybikes.shop if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping province.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships; if an error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel before proceeding.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your order is not complete until payment is authorized.

7. Shipping

We ship to addresses within Canada. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Except where applicable provincial law provides otherwise, risk of loss passes to you once the carrier scans the package as picked up. If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly at support@onlybikes.shop — we will assist with the carrier’s damage claims process, but we are not the carrier and do not guarantee carrier outcomes.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

8.1 General policy — all sales final

Except as set out in Section 8.2 or required by applicable law, all sales are final. OnlyBikes does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for reasons including misfit, wrong selection, delay, change of mind, cosmetic preference, or buyer remorse. Verify fitment using our Fitment Guide before purchasing — this responsibility does not shift to us after purchase. Our No-Return Policy is part of these Terms.

8.2 Defective or materially non-conforming items

Nothing in Section 8.1 limits any non-waivable statutory warranty or remedy available to you under applicable provincial consumer protection or sale-of-goods legislation. If an item arrives materially defective or not as described, contact support@onlybikes.shop within a reasonable time of delivery with photos and your order number. Where a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, repair, replace, or refund the item. This is your exclusive remedy for product claims to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8.3 Rewards and subscriptions

OnlyBikes Rewards points and Subscribe & Save offers are governed by separate program rules shown at checkout. Points have no cash value outside the store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account or by contacting support.

9. Fitment and Installation

Many parts require mechanical skill to install safely. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• you are responsible for verifying model, year, dimensions, and physical compatibility before installing;
• if a part does not fit, you still may not return it under Section 8.1 — that risk is yours;
• improper installation can cause injury, property damage, or equipment failure;
• OnlyBikes is not a licensed repair shop and does not perform installations;
• if you are not qualified to install a part, you should use a qualified technician at your own cost.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site, entertainment features (including Bike Roast, Bike Live PvP, Face Live PvP, and Solo Face Roast), and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Products may be aftermarket, universal-fit, or sourced from third parties, and we make no warranty that any item is merchantable, fit for a particular purpose, or free of defects, except to the extent such a warranty cannot be excluded under applicable provincial consumer protection or sale-of-goods legislation, in which case that statutory warranty applies instead of this disclaimer.

We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Site or AI features, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyBikes, its owners, employees, contractors, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site, entertainment features, or our products — including personal injury, property damage, bike damage, loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, or reputational harm — whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order or product is limited to the amount you paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to free entertainment features (Bike Roast, Live PvP, Face Live PvP, Solo Face Roast, watch parties) is limited to CAD $0, or if a court requires a greater amount despite these Terms, CAD $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OnlyBikes harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your misuse of the Site or its features, including Face Live PvP and Solo Face Roast; your interactions with other users; or your installation or use of any product purchased from us, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or a defective product as determined under applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

Site content, logos, and product photography are owned by OnlyBikes or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or republish catalog content for commercial use without our written consent.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which OnlyBikes principally carries on business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that province, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your home province require a different venue, in which case those rules govern.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein (Fitment Guide, No-Return Policy, Rewards program rules), these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OnlyBikes regarding use of the Site.
