No-Return Policy

All sales final — no refunds
Every order is final. OnlyBikes does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, or cancellations after payment — for any reason. This includes (without limit): wrong part, does not fit, ordered by mistake, change of mind, cosmetic preference, shipping delay, carrier damage, missing hardware, installation difficulty, or buyer remorse.
If a part does not fit your bike, you still may not return it. Fitment is entirely your responsibility before checkout.
Fitment is your responsibility
You must confirm model, year, dimensions, bolt pattern, pad shape, voltage, and every other compatibility detail before you buy. Listing text, photos, and dimensions are guides only — not guarantees. We do not warrant that any product will fit any specific bike.
We do not accept returns because you failed to verify fitment, even if the listing was accurate for the part we shipped.
Defective or wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. At our sole discretion we may offer a replacement of the same SKU. We are never required to refund money. Opening, installing, modifying, or attempting to fit a part voids any claim.
Shipping and lost packages
Once a carrier scans the package, risk of loss or damage is yours. We are not responsible for delays, customs holds, misdelivery, theft, or damage in transit. Filing a carrier claim is your responsibility.
Subscriptions and rewards
Subscribe & Save and OnlyBikes Rewards follow checkout rules shown at purchase. Subscription charges are also non-refundable once processed. Points have no cash value.
